We did the entire design for the renovation including layout changes for the windows, so that things were symmetrical. We also chose all the materials, finishes and colours to create the high-end and sophisticated Hamptons-style kitchen our clients were looking for.
2. Brokering service — sourcing a dream team
Our clients particularly enjoyed how much time our tendering process saved them. They didn’t have to shop around and then try to compare quotes on their own. They trusted us to source tenders from joiners and bench top companies who could complete the work to their high standards.
We analysed all the quotes, then presented the design, our comparisons of quotes and our recommendation in a video conference with our clients. A video conference after-hours suited our clients best because they were flat out with work and were hard to catch at the same time and place.
Our clients chose to go ahead with our proposed team and were thrilled and surprised at the savings we could help them achieve.
3. We were there throughout the build and worked with client’s builder
The project ran smoothly, and we worked well with our clients’ builder. He did an excellent job and we now refer work to each other. When our clients had any questions about the work being done onsite, they’d give us a call to get a second expert opinion. Sometimes changes are made on site by the builder and we were able to put their minds at ease that changes were correct.
