During the scheduled site visit, our technicians meticulously realign cabinet doors and drawers while adjusting every hardware mechanism – from hinges and runners to accessory fittings. You will then receive an email with a booking link allowing you to schedule your service date at a time that suits you. If you have selected our Annual Service Plan or Premium Service Plan, you will receive email reminders to book your next visit, ensuring your joinery receives consistent care year after year.
Once you have selected your service plan and completed payment, you will receive a pre-service form by email along with your booking link. This form asks you to detail all joinery areas requiring maintenance, including finishes, colours, and materials. We will assess the scope and provide an advanced quote if work exceeds the standard visit duration, scheduling an appropriately timed appointment for completion.
The standard 4-hour onsite visit includes door and drawer alignment, adjusting hinges and runners, vacuuming drawer runners, adjusting integrated appliances and accessories, repairing minor chips, dents and scratches, addressing veneer and timber discolouration, and filling gaps. Duration is based on a typical 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2-storey home with up to 10 joinery areas (kitchen, pantry, laundry, bathrooms, wardrobes and built-ins). More than 10 joinery areas and larger properties will require additional time charged at our hourly rate.
Cleaning of joinery interiors or exteriors is not included in our standard service. We focus on mechanical adjustments, alignments, and repair work to maintain functionality and address wear and tear.
Larger properties may require additional time onsite. We will discuss this during booking and any extra time will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
Any repair work beyond our standard service scope will be quoted separately and must be approved and prepaid before we schedule a return visit. Alternatively, we will provide a recommended supplier list for works beyond our scope. We will always discuss these requirements with you upfront.
Yes, if time permits during your scheduled visit, we can complete additional work beyond the standard service scope. If additional work is completed during the scheduled visit, immediate payment by credit card is required, or an invoice will be issued for payment within 7 days.
Yes, we do. Travel beyond a 20km Sydney metro radius incurs additional hourly charges for drive time. Contact us to discuss your location.
We offer a free quality guarantee follow-up service within 30 days of service completion. Our technicians photograph all completed work before departing to document the condition of joinery at service completion. You will receive a copy by email. We will return to address legitimate concerns relating to our workmanship at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to subjective aesthetic preferences, pre-existing conditions, or damage occurring after service completion.
Our service ensures your joinery operates within manufacturer guidelines to protect existing warranties, though our Joinery Care service does not extend those warranties. We stand behind our work and will address any concerns within 30 days of service completion through our quality guarantee follow-up service.
