Our clients were referred to Improva by their builder and architect for this prestigious clifftop new home build in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. This concrete masterpiece showcases open-plan architectural design with ocean views from every room, where no detail has been compromised.
The home features extraordinary joinery and cabinetry throughout, including fingerprint-resistant technology, curved archways and joinery elements, a seamless walk-through butler’s pantry and laundry, an integrated pull-out piano, curved glass windows that enhance the panoramic ocean views, and hand-cut outdoor stone pavers. This is prestigious clifftop living at its finest.
The project had reached a standstill when the architect was no longer involved. With construction underway on this ambitious build, the internal CAD designs and finishes schedules needed to be completed to keep the project moving forward.
Our clients wanted high-end quality and communication but also valued Improva’s knowledge around value engineering – ensuring they didn’t over-capitalise on items that weren’t necessary or didn’t provide value to them. They needed a partner who could balance exceptional design with practical budget guidance while completing the architectural work required to bring this sophisticated home to life.
Design Completion
When the architect departed the project, we stepped in to complete all internal CAD designs and finishes schedules, enabling the build to continue without delay. Our design team worked closely with the client to ensure every detail aligned with the architectural vision while maintaining the sophisticated, open-plan aesthetic.

Joinery & Materials Management
We engaged and managed the tender process for the joinery supplier, ensuring we found professionals capable of executing the extraordinary craftsmanship required for this project. From the fingerprint-resistant cabinetry to the curved architectural elements and integrated features, we oversaw every aspect of the joinery work.
We also provided recommendations and oversight for the benchtop and splashback selections, guiding our clients through options while advising on value engineering opportunities where appropriate. This approach ensured they achieved the premium quality they desired without unnecessary over-capitalisation.
