We collaborated with Marylou Sobel Interior Design on an extensive full house fitout of a three-bedroom apartment in Darling Point. This partnership combined our expertise to ensure the vision for a sophisticated, high-end space was executed with precision and craftsmanship. This collaboration transformed the apartment into a beautifully reimagined harbour-side home with enhanced features including a butler’s pantry and appliance nook, where the design flows seamlessly throughout.
Our primary role was to bring the design vision to life by engaging the ideal builder and joinery supplier capable of achieving the exacting standards and intricate details required. We meticulously selected suppliers known for high-quality finishes and reliable timelines, ensuring the design vision was executed flawlessly.
We managed a detailed tender process, sourcing top-tier renovation professionals and focusing on matching the project’s high standards of craftsmanship. We supervised all joinery and stone work to maintain the level of detail and quality essential to realising the design vision, which included sophisticated hand-painted cabinetry, integrated appliances, and custom storage solutions throughout. By coordinating all aspects of the renovation, we streamlined the process and ensured the craftsmanship would reflect the design vision without compromise.

The clients enjoyed a seamless, stress-free renovation experience, and the joinery’s meticulous quality was pivotal to the project’s overall success. This coastal residence achieves a refined material harmony through its thoughtful layering of textures—from white-ribbed timber and rough render to travertine paving and Blackbutt joinery—creating a tactile interplay between robust exterior elements and the warmth of oak, terrazzo, and natural stone within.
