Working with Arthouse Projects and the renowned Studio Gorman, we managed the full joinery sourcing and tender process for this striking beachfront residence in Clareville – distributing detailed design specifications and finishes schedules to carefully selected suppliers to secure a joinery partner whose craftsmanship, service, and value gave Studio Gorman and her clients complete confidence to make well informed decisions.

The owners wanted a kitchen worthy of its waterfront setting – functional enough for easy summer entertaining, yet considered enough to let the landscape remain the hero. Studio Gorman responded with a palette drawn directly from the scenery: V-groove cabinetry in Porter’s Paints Chintz Grey, sandblasted oak, and Caesarstone Fresh Concrete benchtops grounded by New Savior limestone from CDK Stone on the island and splashback – soft, textural, and perfectly in tune with the home’s earthy tones. The layout was opened up to improve flow, with a walk-in pantry housing two full-height wine fridges and an integrated cool drawer in the dining area. The centrepiece island features a deliberately angled design – a subtle nod to the faceted lines of the existing coffered ceiling that ties the whole space together.
